Returns Policy

At Ellie’s Corner, we want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it.

Personalised Products

Because our personalised items are made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these products unless they arrive damaged or faulty. In such cases, we kindly ask that you provide photographic proof within 7 days of delivery, so we can arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Personalised Items

For all other items, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return an item.

  • Once confirmed, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
