ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-4 days to process your order. Expect an email within days to let you know your order is on the way!
SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using Evri standard delivery. We use this method so you as the customer have peace of mind that you can track your order once it has been despatched.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Personalised items cannot be returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kaykparty@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
